« Previous Entries Next Entries »So glad we’re friends!
This beautiful card was originally created by my friend Sandy for a recent shoebox swap at my house with a bunch of friends. I think you will agree that it is so pretty on this scallop circle punched out with the Big Shot die. The Inspired by Nature sets is also one of my favorites.
Lovely as a Tree
I got the inspiration for this card from my fabulous friend Kimberly. She is always so creative and talented. You can’t see the glitter very well in this photo but it looks so pretty in person. I sprinkled it all over the trees. This is one of the cards I am doing for my stamp a stack next weekend.
******For my local customers only, I am offering a "To Go Kit" ….purchase the supplies (already cut and ready to go) to make a dozen of these cards (including envelopes) for only $10! You would need to have the stamp sets, ink pads and glitter to complete these at home. Please email me if you would like to order. Email Lisa
Think Spring!
We are having a really dreary, chilly, just plain yucky day here so I wanted to post a card that made me think of warm sunny weather. THis is one of my favorite cards that I made a while back. It is the Pretty Peony set and the En Francais background stamp. You can’t see the glitter on the flower in the scan…it looks a lot better in person. I hope you like it though.

Cool gift idea!
Check out this awesome project that one of my customers (Dawn Sizemore) made! I was totally blown away so I asked her if I could post it so everyone could see it. She got the idea from pg 161 in the catalog , but I think hers is even better than the one in there. This would be a great baby gift. Thanks for letting me share this Dawn!
Bon Appetit!
This is a cute recipe book I made with the Voila set. I did these with my downline a few months ago but I needed an updated one with current paper. These are super easy and make great gifts….especially if you fill them with your favorite recipes before giving them to a good friend or family member. With today’s economy the way it is, handmade Christmas gifts are definitely the way to go this year. Who wouldn’t love getting something like this for Christmas? I am going to be doing these again for a Christmas gift class in early December.

It’s Lisa’s Birthday!!!
Hey everyone…. it’s Lisa’s Birthday on Saturday. She loves her Birthday and all her stampin’ buddies!
Everyone wish Lisa a great big Happy Birthday!
I love you honey. I hope you have a great birthday.
Your loving Husband
(note from Lisa….My sneaky husband posted this with help from my friend Kimberly whose card is shown here)

New reward program for my customers!
Hey stampers!
I have a new reward program for you! I have made up a $50/$50 raffle board! Here is how it works! For every $50 you purchase (before shipping and tax), you get to put your name on a numbered square on my board. When the board is full, I will draw one Grand prize winner for a $50 gift certificate and 5 more lucky winners will each win a $10 gift certificate from me! Don’t worry, online orders also count! Just email me your number and I will write it in for you.
Scandinavian Season

This is a card that I made at one of my Wednesday shoebox swaps at my house. I have several SU demos over twice a month to share ideas. This one was originally created by my good friend and downline Sue Bjorgaard. She is so talented and I am very lucky to have her on my team. She always comes up with great ideas. I just love this one! I hope you do too! Happy Monday!
Swap cards for regionals in Va Beach!

Here are 2 of my swaps for the VA Beach regionals coming on Nov. 8th. I am so excited that we finally have a regional right here practically in my own back yard . Last time it was here, I was on the Stampin Up cruise so I couldn’t go, so it will be nice to take all of my downline to this one. I know many of them are excited since this will be their first Stampin Up event. The top one I did by laying 2 ink pads next to each other and using the brayer to get both colors on at once. I think it was Caroline Lebel (a demo from Canada) who originally showed that technique a while back. I use it all the time now. I miss those spectrum pads. I hope you all are having a fabulous weekend!
Isn’t Frankie Cute??
I had my downline meeting tonight and we did a shoebox swap and one of my downline (thanks Niccole!) did this one as her project so we all got to make it . Everyone loved it! She found the tutorial for it HERE on Angie Juda’s site. I wish I had more time before Halloween to do a class with him but for all of you stampers who want to make him, just check out Angie’s tutorial. These would make awesome treat bags for the kids at school!
