More from Regionals……

Here are some more pics from the Virginia Beach Regionals……most of the girls in these pics are my downline.

This is me and my friend Robin Merriman. She is another Founder’s Circle girl! It is so fun to catch up with your friends at these events.

Terri, Shelli, Dawn and me (getting another photo with Shelli). I think she thought we were stalking her yesterday because we kept getting our pictures taken with her.

Wow! What a weekend!

Wow! What a weekend! I had some Stampin’ Up demonstrator friends come into town this weekend for the Stampin Up regionals and boy did we have a great time. My friends Terri Mongeon and Adrian Mondy stayed with me and we stamped and played all weekend. It all started on Friday afternoon when I went to pick up Terri from the airport. I am waiting in my car in front of baggage claim and guess who walks right in front of my car as I am sitting there? SHELLI! I almost died! I jumped out of my car, and started chatting away because I was so excited to run into her. Then my friends both got here and we went home to CREATE! We made the fabric banners Friday night, spent Sat at the Convention center and then Sat night we came back here and we were joined by Dawn Rapsas, 3 of her downline, and my downline Sue. We stamped and talked til early morning. We all hated to see the weekend end. The Shadowbox  Season of Thanks was a gift from my friend Adrian…isn’t it GORGEOUS!! Here are some photos from regionals too. I will post more in the next few days.

Here is a pic of me and Shelli! Oh why can’t I be thinner???

Glittery tree….

This is another project from my shoebox swap. This one was created by my friend Colleen. I love this little tree! It is so cute and looks so pretty with the dazzling diamonds on it.  The tree is from the set Christmas Classics in the big book, and the saying is from Heard from the Heart also in the big book. I am off to the VA Beach regionals tomorrow morning with 20 of my downline!! I am so excited that I have so many going and that it is less than 30 minutes from my house! Shelli is going to be there too so I hope all of my girls get a chance to meet her! She is sooooo nice!

Frosty is looking sad!

I think Frosty is looking sad because he is melting here in VA . It has been in the 60’s all week and it is supposed to be in the 70’s the next 2 days. I should have made his mouth more smiley looking (does that even make sense?). This card was created by my friend Gina at our Wednesday demo get together. We do a shoebox swap every other Wed. and we all get to make each other’s projects. That is where I get a lot of great ideas and inspiration. I am very lucky to have some great demo friends (and downline) who are so creative. It makes all of our lives so much easier when we share ideas. This card is made almost entirely of Stampin Up punches and circles cut out with the coluzzle. His arms are pieces of the Sizzix snowflake die. The beautiful paper in back of the snowman is from the Ski Slope pack in the Holiday mini.

The leaves are falling now!

I saw a similar card to this one in our Spanish catalog and loved it so I thought I would try and make it using the Big Shot leaves and the Juntos paper. I LOVE that paper. I wish it was in the regular catalog so everyone could see it. It is GORGEOUS! Well, fall has arrived here in VA. The temps are not too bad (60’s) but the wind is blowing a ton of leaves into my yard. I am not looking forward to raking them anytime soon.
