How much do I have to order to stay active? $300 retail. This Stampin’ Up quarter runs Jan, Feb, March. So, if you sign up Feb 1st, you actually have the rest of this quarter plus all of next quarter (til June) to get that $300 in. It can be ALL at once, or in smaller orders. Get a few friends to order from you and you can do that in no time….heck, I can do that in one order myself! You can also be your own hostess and get free hostess sets and free product. So it pays off if you are looking for a discount and you are going to be spending that much on stamp stuff anyway.
Bonus: This is why some people sign up if they have a huge wish list or want something big like the BIG SHOT: You get 30% (instead of 20%) off your first order over 150.00 if you place it within 45 days of signing up. Be your own hostess + get a big discount = no brainer. Click on "Join My Team" at the top of the page for more info and then at the bottom is a "sign up now" button.
This is a set from the new catalog called Simple Friendship…I just love it…..we received it for free when I went to Founder’s Circle a few months ago but I couldn’t really demo it til now so I am really excited to show you these samples.
This one was made by my friend Kimberly Van Diepen who also received the set at Founder’s Circle.
I made this one. It is one of the make and takes from my January classes.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Rustic Rooster set. It is a level 2 hostess set so you can get it in your hands just by having a $300 or more party.
This one was made by my good friend Mary Anne Grimmer. This one is also from the swap I hosted. She also used the new Raspberry Tart paper. Didn’t she do a fabulous job?
This one was made by my downline Sandy Alexander. She is so talented. I love how she masked the rooster and layered the French words behind him. If you would like to get this set for yourself, just drop me an email and we can schedule a class for you and your friends.
If you would like to be a part of our weekly diva design team, click here for the instructions and see how you can join us. It is a lot of fun doing the weekly challenges and it forces you to go outside your comfort zone of usually colors and styles. Hope you will be part of our team!
It is Wednesday and that means it is time for the Diva Coffee Break Design Challenge….here was the challenge we were given….
and here is what I did…..
I ended up not using the baja breeze. I kept trying to work it in there but it was clashing with the bashful blue. These are not my normal color choices so it was hard to envision what to do with them. I am more of a shabby chic kind of girl so I like the pink and brown combos best. For this card I used the set Flores Suaves from the Spanish catalog….isn’t it a GORGEOUS set?? I love it. I used the polished stone technique on this one with bashful blue, lovely lilac and pink passion refills. I also added a little dot of silver in there but it is hard to see in the picture. Please leave me a comment and let me know what you think (only if you like it..LOL!) Don’t forget to check out the other divas listed under the coffee cups in my sidebar. Thanks for stopping by!
Here is another cute card from my swap. Can you see the honey covered in glitter dripping down the side? This one was made by my talented upline, Melissa Ellis. Some of you might have seen her do a demo at the Virginia Beach regionals back in November.
This one is actually a calendar with a magnet on the back. My good friend Michelle Burkett made it.
I recently hosted a swap with some friends of mine and these are a couple of the cards I got using the Just Buzzin’ By set. I really didn’t care for it at first, but then I saw so many cute samples with it, that now I love it!
This one was created by my friend Christy Schroeger from Colorado. It is hard to see the glitter detail on the bee and the "hive sweet hive" but this card is just adorable. The hive is also raised up with dimensionals.
This one was made by my friend GIna Dygert. This one has the new Raspberry Tart designer paper on it. I just love the new designer papers Stampin UP comes out with. There are 14 new designs in our Spring- Summer Idea Book and Catalog. Thanks for stopping by today.
