Cute card from a friend…

There is nothing better than getting a handmade card from a friend (unless there is also money inside…or a chocolate bar…LOL!) My friend Pam Bert sent me this cute card and wrote the sweetest things inside. It just totally made my day! Thanks Pam!

This is made with one of my favorite new hostess sets…Rustic Rooster.

Just Buzzin By……

My friend Lorrie made this for me and I thought it was so cute! It is made with the Just Buzzin By stamp set and the top note die is used for the topper. Super easy but way too cute!

March stamp camp projects!

Hey everyone,

Here are pics of what we are doing this month at stamp camp. We are making the bird house box and 4 beautiful cards to go inside (I tried to fit all 4 in the picture but it was too crowded). Classes are Sunday the 15th at 1 and 3:30 and Monday the 16th at 7pm. If you sign up by this Friday you will get $5 off the stamp camp fee of $25. That includes all of your supplies, door prizes and refreshments. Please email me at stampgirl2@cox.net  if you would like to come.

DCBD challenge #117

It is Wednesday, so that means it is time for another Diva’s Coffee Break design challenge! Here is this week’s challenge……

and here is what I came up with……

I was pretty happy with this one except I couldn’t fit the ribbon on the top of that piece so I put it in the middle. I used the  FREE sale-abration paper for the center strip over celery and bashful blue. The back piece is so saffron and I stamped the botanical leaves in white craft. The main image is the FREE Botanical Blooms set.  I love it! The ribbon is the bashful blue taffeta. I hope you like it. Please leave me a comment and tell me what you think. Also, don’t forget to check out all of the other Diva designers at  www.divacoffeebreakdesigns.blogspot.com

Pretty butterfly card

This is a card I am doing in all of my March classes. My friend Colleen gave this to me and I just loved it. The background is Bella Toile, the butterfly is from Simple Friendship and the saying is from Thoughts and Prayers but many other sayings will work with this punch. Elegant Cheer is a great one to use. I love the vanilla hodgepodge hardware too.

Crazy for Cupcakes!

This is another card I did in all of my classes this past month. I love this set! I put dazzling diamonds all over the cupcakes but it didn’t show up very well in the photo. That really makes it pop!  I have the top paper on with dimensionals too so it looks like an awning. The original card was created by one of my downline (Sandy)  and I changed it just a tiny bit.
