Asian Artistry samples

Here are a couple more cards from my swap….the first one was created by my friend Michelle Burkett. I love the colors in this one.

This one was made by my upline Melissa Ellis. She and Michelle both used the same technique to make the sun. I love this look.  The Asian Artistry set is a level 2 hostess set that you can earn for free with a $300 or more party.

Gift for my daughter….

I went in my daughter’s bathroom the other day and saw this empty bottle of Philosophy Bubbly sitting on her sink, and I started to throw it away and she had a fit.  She wanted to keep it because she liked what it said on the bottle. She left for a church trip last Saturday so I decided to take the words, type them up on the computer in the same way that it looked on the bottle and then make a framed art with it and surprise her when she gets home. She gets back tomorrow so I can’t wait to see what she thinks. Sorry there is a shadow at the bottom from the angle I took the picture. I used the Razzleberry Lemonade designer paper for the background, flowers and butterflies.

What talented downline I have!

I had my downline meeting last week and I was so impressed by the awesome projects they brought that I had to share a couple of them. We do a shoebox swap every month and I get several girls to volunteer to bring the projects. Everyone takes turns so we usually get to make about 6 projects each month. I think they really outdid themselves this month though.

This one was made by my downline Cyndi Wheeler. I love, love, love this hostess set. It is a level 3 called Kind and Caring Thoughts. I wish you could buy it . All of my customers are dying to get it. Cyndi also used the new Modern Label punch too.

This is another card made with the same hostess set. Same set, totally different look. I love the razzleberry polka dot ribbon too! This one was made by  Debbie Keane, another one of my talented downline.

Lisa’s under the weather and taking a break….

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to let you know I am in the hospital for an unexpected visit so I haven’t been able to post for a few days. I will be out of commission a few more days but will be back with some more great ideas hopefully by the weekend. My mom brought me my laptop so at least I got to join the stamping world again. It is hard being without a computer when that is what you spend so much time on every day. If you are one of my customers reading this, I have no way to email you all but all classes are cancelled this week.

More Razzle Dazzle!

Here are a couple more swaps with the Razzle Dazzle set.

This first one was made by my friend Lorrie Reid. I love that technique of using the scallop punch to make the frame. Just start with a 2 3/4 inch square of cardstock and punch the scallop punch once in the center of each side and voila, you have this cool look.

This one was made by Sam Woodruff, one of my sidelines. I love the stitched look and the new jumbo grommet. Our 1/2 inch circle punch fits perfectly right in the center.

I love the new Razzle Dazzle set!

Ok, I have to admit, when I first saw this Razzle Dazzle set, I wasn’t that thrilled with it, but then I saw all of these great swaps and I am sold now. I put my order in and can’t wait to get it. Here are a couple more swaps that I got…..

This first one is from my best bud Kimberly Van Diepen. She is an AWESOME demonstrator and so creative. I constantly tell her that I wish I had half of her talent. She used the new in colors, crushed curry and melon mambo. I just LOVE it.

This one was made by one of Kimberly’s downline, Sharon Wren. She also did a fabulous job on this card. The picture really doesn’t do it justice because she embossed the whole white part with irridescent ice and it is so sparkly.  Sharon also used the new in colors and the new polka dot ribbon. I just can’t get enough of that stuff. I have already been through 3 rolls  in the last week.
