Is Christmas here yet??

Making Christmas cards has put me in the holiday mood! I am having my Christmas card stamp a stack this month (click on my calendar for more details). These cards are from the swaps that I recently hosted. The first one was made by my good friend MaryAnne Grimmer who lives in Charlotte, NC. She always does a fantastic job with the swaps. She used the Serene Snowflake set on pg 26 in the Holiday mini catalog and the Merry embosslit, the Merry details sizzlit and the Christmas Cocoa specialty designer paper all found on pg  21 in the Holiday mini.  Stampin Up has such great products that all coordinate together to give you that perfect look in all of your stamping projects.

This second Christmas card was made by one of my fabulous downline, Sandy Alexander. She used the Petals a plenty embossing folder and the Merry Details sizzlit on pg 21 in the Stampin Up holiday mini. She also used the Berry Christmas stamp set for her main images.

Delightful Decorations….

Here are a couple of cards using the Delightful Decorations set and matching punch. The first one was made by my awesome downline, Sue Bjorgaard.  She used the Petals a Plenty embossing folder for the background piece and then used the Delightful Decorations set and the Christmas Cocoa designer series paper for the main images. I am so excited that Stampin Up came out with a matching ornament punch for this set!  Way to go Stampin UP!!! It makes it so much easier to create beautiful cards.

This card was made by another one of my fabulous downline, Andrea Clayton. She used the Merry Moments designer series paper for the background and then she punched out the ornament with our new ornament punch which can be found in the Holiday mini. THe Merry Christmas is from Teeny Tiny Wishes and punched out with the modern label punch.

More Fall Cards….

Here are a couple more swaps that I got. This one was made by my friend Michelle Burkett. She used the Gifts of the Earth set from the Holiday mini and the Autumn Meadows designer paper for the background.

This one was made by my friend Colleen . She used the ornament punch to make the leaves by cutting off the top part. How cool is that? The background paper on this one is also from the Autumn Meadows pack.

Autumn Splendor….

It seems like fall is in the air today. It is a crisp 55 degrees this morning in Chesapeake, VA. I can’t believe it. It was just in the 90’s a couple of days ago. It is supposed to be around 80 later today but it is chilly now. So, I thought I would post a few fall cards. These are from the two Holiday mini swaps I just hosted.

This card was made by my friend Cathy Casey who lives in Colorado. It is absolutely gorgeous. I love the textured background and also the die cut leaves from the Big Shot. All of these cards are made using the Autumn Splendor set from the Stampin Up Holiday mini.

This beautiful card  was made by my upline, Melissa Ellis. She used the polished stone technique for the background and she also used the Big shot to cut out the scallop square part of the card. The designer paper is from the Holiday mini also. It is called Autumn Meadows.

This was my card. I used the baby wipe technique for my main leaf image and also used the Autumn Meadows designer series paper and Autumn Splendor set. I also used the vanilla hodgepodge hardware around the sentiment on the bottom.
