This is an adorable Easter bag that my downline Niccole Marshall did at one of her recent classes. I love going to my downline's classes to see what cute things they have been making. It is fun to be the student sometimes and not the teacher. Anyway, this cute Easter project is a snap to make. About a month or so ago, a wonderful demonstrator named Cristena Bagne shared this awesome basket tutorial for weaving an Easter basket so I thought I would give it a try. It ended up being easier than I thought when I first looked at it. I had never done any kind of basket weaving but it really was so easy that it didn't matter.

This is the front view. I love this new satin ribbon. Stampin Up has the most gorgeous ribbons and they are such a great value. Most of them are 10-15 yards for around $6-8.

This was one of the projects we made at my downline meeting the other day. Niccole brought this one to our shoebox swap and it was so cute I wanted to post it. She used the top note die for the main part and then the face is done with punches. The mouth is just a square folded diagonally, the eyes are circles and the hair is the 5 petal flower punch. Super cute and easy to make. The candy is in our small cello bags.

This first project is a Pringle's canister covered in the razzleberry lemonade paper and then decorated.

Here is a closeup of the butterfly. SHe made the antenna for the butterfly using the big shot dies- the lattice one and the leaf one.

This next card I thought was so springy. Almost everything on this one is done with the big shot too!

This one is one of those special folds you do with 2 6×6 pieces of designer paper. Pam has the directions here on her site.

This last project is an adorable little Easter basket made from the scallop square die. You just score it between every 3 humps all the way around and also score it diagonally in each corner section. Then just fold it up and punch holes where it goes in towards the center. I hope that makes sense.

This month's featured demonstrator is another one of my fabulous downline, Pam Browne. Pam has been a demonstrator for about a year and a half but was a natural right from the beginning. She is already one of my top downline and is so motivated to be successful. Here are some of her awesome creations.

I love the spring colors of this card. She used this week's mojo Monday sketch to create this one.

This is a frame Pam picked up at the Dollar store and then created a cute picture to go inside. I love framed art. You can take a card idea and stick it in a frame and voila, you have a nice gift. She used my favorite set, Vintage Vogue and also the Fresh Cuts set for this one.

Here is a sweet Easter card that I just love! The tiny details really add a lot to this one.

This card uses the Of the Earth hostess set to create an oriental flair. I love the red and black together.

I love this last card too. What a great idea. Pam stamped the flowers from the Inspired by Nature set and then using her paper cutter, cut apart the pieces and then kind of put of them back together like a puzzle on the card. She sponged around the edges to create more texture and to make it pop out more. These are just some of Pam's awesome creations. I will post more tomorrow. This is a photo I took of one of the display boards at convention last year (sorry it is a little fuzzy). It was such a cute Easter project and I had been saving it all year to post now. It is super easy too. You just use 2 top note dies that you cut out with our Big Shot and the center piece is a sheet of cardstock folded up to create an open box. You can stuff that with some candy! The bunny is almost all punches. The carrots and the leaves are stamped and cut out using the Trendy Trees set. This would make such a great project for little kids.

Note: I played around today and came up with a piece that works for the middle…..

take a 5 1/2 x 7 inch piece of white cardstock (so you can get 2 out of one sheet this way)

score it at 2 and 5 on the long side

score it at 2 and 3 1/2 on the short side

Then cut in on the 2 score marks on both of the long sides up to the first mark and fold it up like a box. I hope that makes sense.

Check out this adorable little Easter basket I made out of the Big Shot Square scallop die. Isn't it just precious? I did this project in all of my clubs this past month and everyone loved it.  All you have to do is punch out a scallop square using your favorite DSP and then score it between  every 3 scallops on all 4 sides. There are 9 scallops across each side so that splits it evenly into thirds. Then cut the ends up to the first crease on oppsite sides and fold up to make your box. The handles are just left over scraps from the DSP. THey are 6 inches by 3/4 of an inch.  I cut the squares at 5×5 so you have a big strip left over on each piece. I attached those with brads for extra support.  Then add your favite candy and decorate the front.

This is a beautiful framed art project she made. I had to put a piece of cardstock behind it so you wouldn't see the mess on my stamp table.

This piece was made from our new Stampin Up chipboard albums. I love how she made this look so shabby chic.

This card uses the Abundant Hope set from the Stampin Up Occasions mini. It is such a gorgeous stamp set and Sandy did an awesome job on this card. I love the Pretties kit hat pin and pearl accent.

This card idea is so creative. I love how she wove the ribbon in and out of the scallop border.

Here is an adorable Easter bucket Sandy made using the Eggcoutrements set from the Occasions mini and the Chocolate Bunny also in the Occasions mini. I am so impressed with all of Sandy's projects.
