Stampin Up friends
« Previous Entries Next Entries »More pics from convention….
Here are a few more pics from convention. These are swaps that my roomie Terri got and I took pictures of them. I don’t know who made them since I don’t have the originals. I just went through her samples and took pictures of the ones I liked the most.

I love this one with the Movers and shapers big shot die.
Note: I found out this one was made by my friend Robin Merriman!

Another one made with the big shot die….the Big Shot is by far my favorite Stampin Up tool. You can just do so many things with it.

This is my SAM (service account manager) Terri. She works at Stampin Up and makes my life so much easier. Whenever I have a problem, she is always there to help. She is such a sweet person. Once you earn a free trip through Stampin Up, you are assigned your own SAM and it is such a nice perk. It gives you a direct connection to the company and makes you feel extra special!

Pics From Convention!
I finally am getting a free minute to post some convention pics….I will post cards and stuff later but I wanted to post some of my friends and I first.

This is me with my friends Adrian, Terri (my roomie), and Tiffany. We are just hanging out waiting for general session to begin.

This is Terri and I at Debbie McNeil’s get together. These are gourmet cupcakes that were so yummy!

This is me, Debbie (one of my fabulous downline) and my roomie Terri out for a wonderful dinner at Cafe Molise.

Here is a pic from the top ten demos of the year on stage. That is me in the back and my best friend Kimberly Van Diepen to the right and Shelli to her right. Joanne Wiemers and Dawn Rapsas are in front. Dawn was #1, Kimberly was #2 and I was #8 and I think Joanne was #6. We all had a great year and I can’t wait to see all of my friends at the Founder’s Circle retreat next month. It is such a treat getting to spend the week with such an awesome group of women and it is total relaxation! No work, no stress…..just hang out with your girlfriends. Thanks to all of my awesome customers and downline for helping me make the top 10 this year!

Here is a pic from our last day together at convention. It is bittersweet when it comes to an end. You can’t wait to get home, but you hate to leave all of your friends. This is Debbie, me, Kimberly, and Terri just after breakfast.

Last bunch of Hawaii pics… I have so many good ones!
This is my last batch of Hawaii pics….I know you guys are probably sick of looking at them. I just have so many to share. I promise I will go back to stamping pictures tomorrow…..

This is Dania, me, Shelli, Melissa and Robin at the airport when we first arrived in Hawaii. Shelli was on our plane!

Each night we received a gift on our bed when we came back from dinner. Here are the first 2 gifts….our cool Hawaiian bag and the palm leaf bag was filled with goodies like macadamia nuts, popcorn, cookies, and chocolate!
Here is one of my very best friends, Kimberly Van Diepen (acting goofy as usual) and her husband Russ.

Here we are with a bunch of our friends eating dinner at Roy’s. We had a great time and the food was awesome. We had the best waiter too. I wish we had that restaurant here.
This was our gift on the last night…. a pretty necklace with Aloha on it.
Ok, I figured I had to throw in a card somewhere or you might get mad! They had a hospitality room set up for us at the hotel and there were tons of samples on display. THis was one of them that I really liked. I will share more tomorrow.
More pics from Hawaii!
I just had to post some more pics of our trip….
These are a bunch of my fabulous friends that we hung out with on the trip. Cindy and Lindsey are on the left, me and Chris are in the middle, and Max and Lance are on the right. Max is actually a SAM at Stampin Up and she also earned the trip. She is the first Stampin Up employee to earn it as a demonstrator. We were having a blast at the Luau in this pic.

Here are a bunch of us goofing off. My friend Kimberly is the one laughing hysterically. Usually I am the one that looks like that!
Here are me, Cindy and Christie with the scary looking guy. They were walking around hamming it up in the photos. They were on stilts or something to make them like 10 feet tall.
Different scary guy posing with my good friends Kimberly, Denise and Terri.
This was at the restaurant we went to the last night in Hawaii. It was super windy and there were a bunch of guys surfing out there but you can’t see them in the pic.
This is some art work that Chris made in the lava rocks. He took the white coral rocks and spelled out Stampin Up! It will probably be there forever now. There is graffiti all over the island but instead of spray paint, everyone uses rocks. It is really cool looking.
Hawaii pics!
Hey everyone,
I just got back from my Stampin’ Up Hawaii trip and it was so fabulous! Here are just a few pics of where we stayed….
This was the view from our balcony when we first arrived at the hotel….. can it get any better than this??
This was around the curve from our hotel
This was the lagoon where you could snorkel and swim.
These are the dolphin at the resort and
these are the dolphin Chris saw when he went fishing….look at that water…..
This is us with our friends Kimberly and Russ Van Diepen. I always love hanging out with my friends on these trips.
More Leadership pics and swaps….
I have so many pictures to share! I got a new camera for Christmas and I couldn’t wait to try it out….too bad it doesn’t have a button on there to make you look thinner!
This is me and my friend and sideline Debbie Naylor. She also lives in VA but about 3 hours away. I wish she was closer so we could hang out more!

Here are Kimberly, Dena, me, and Max saying goodbye right as Leadership ended. It is always hard when Stampin Up events end because I love spending time with my friends from all of the country that I have met through Stampin Up. I love meeting new friends every time I go to one of these events and then you can’t wait to see them all again next time! At least the Stampin Up Hawaii trip is only 2 months away…..better start that diet today!
One last hug from Kimberly…..
Here are more swaps from Leadership!
This one was made by my new friend Maxine Conrad who is a SAM (service account manager) at Stampin Up. She is from England and kept us laughing the whole time. She is hysterical!

This one I got from Joann Wiemers. The lid of the cupcake opens up into the inside of the card.

I just LOVE this new rooster set. It is a hostess set so I am sure lots of people will be booking parties to get one of these! This one was made by Carolyn Shelby. She did a great job!
More Leadership pics…..
I thought I would share a few more Leadership pics and some swaps that I got.
This is Dawn Rapsas, me and Jackie Craig hanging out before classes started.

This is me and my wonderful downline Sue getting ready to eat lunch.

This is my awesome friend Kimberly Van Diepen. She keeps me laughing hysterically every time I am around her. I wish I had half of her energy.
This is me and Robin Merriman…. she is such a sweetheart!

This is me, Kimberly, Maxine (who is a SAM at Stampin UP – she hung out with us all night and had a blast!) and of course Shelli. After we got this picture, there was a long line of people waiting to get photos with Shelli so we lucked out catching her just in time.
Leadership Swaps!!!
This one was made by my good friend Debbie Naylor…..I just love these colors together.

This one was made by Daryl Micciche. I am so sad this set is not in the catalog!!! What were they thinking? This is one of my favorite sets (and my customers love it too)……maybe it will make it to the next one.
This one was made by Mary Beth Ada…. I don’t know why it is a little blurry but I don’t have time to take the picture over. I am still trying to catch up on laundry between posts. My family didn’t happen to get anything done while I was gone……
And last but certainly not least is my favorite swap made by my good friend Kimberly Van Diepen. This will be one of my stamp club projects this month. It is made with the Big SHot petal card die and is actually a little pouch to put some candy or a gift in.
Leadership pics!
I am back from Leadership and boy was it a blast! Here are just a few of the pics that I took!
This is us waiting in line to get our bags and catalogs! That is Denise, me, Kimberly and my roomie Terri. The new catalog is sooooooo awesome! My favorite new thing is the Big Shot textured embossing plates and I also love the new circle cutter…..you can cut a ton of different sized circles in a snap. There are also some textured designer series papers that look yummy! You are going to love it!
Here are the guys just waiting to give them to us!
This is a group of us having a great time at the Manager’s Reception at Universal Studios. Stampin Up really outdid themselves this year! They rented the park for us and we got the whole thing to ourselves and had an awesome buffet dinner and we got to ride the rides, play arcade games, etc. It was a blast! We also got a free stamp set from the new catalog!! I will post that tomorrow!
This is a cool swap my friend Kimberly got. I thought it was adorable!
This is my friend Kimberly holding an adorable gift that someone in front of us in line had. I can’t wait to make some of these!
More pics from Regionals!
Here I am with Debbie Naylor. She is another one of my Founder’s Circle friends and she is so sweet. SHe is also from VA and is one of my sidelines. I love Stampin Up events because I get to see all of my friends from all over the country. Stampin UP demos ROCK! I have met so many awesome friends over the years through SU.

This is one of my FABULOUS downline Sue Bjorgaard. She is on her way to earning that Stampin Up cruise with me this year! SHe just doesn’t know it yet! I know she can do it!
This is Sue showing off her stamping talents with her guests at Regionals.
I figured I better throw in a card here with all the people pictures! THis is a card from one of the display boards that were all around the room. I can’t take credit since I didn’t make it. But, I thought it was so pretty I had to take a picture.
More from Regionals……
Here are some more pics from the Virginia Beach Regionals……most of the girls in these pics are my downline.
This is me and my friend Robin Merriman. She is another Founder’s Circle girl! It is so fun to catch up with your friends at these events.
Terri, Shelli, Dawn and me (getting another photo with Shelli). I think she thought we were stalking her yesterday because we kept getting our pictures taken with her.
This is my newest recruit Pam. She is so excited about being a SU demo! She has already earned her first Stampin Start award in her first month!
Here are more of my downline….Liz, Cheryl and Sandy waiting in line to get in! Are those doors ever going to open?

Niccole , Kristi and Dalila are having fun with the make and takes.
Here are Ruth, Sue and Jennifer doing make and takes. Jennifer won one of the free sets as a door prize! As you can tell, the VA Beach regionals were a ton of fun. I sure hope they come back here again soon! We all had a blast!
