Here is a cute card made with the new Wagon Full Of Fun set in the Occasions mini catalog. The Occasions mini is filled with a ton a great sets. I had a hard time controlling myself this time.

Here is one of my favorite sets again….Thoughts and Prayers….I think it is impossible to make a bad card with this set. It is so easy just to stamp the tree and a saying and it looks fantastic. I love the way she did the leaves with the marker.

This is a birthday card my friend Max received in Hawaii. How cute is that? I don’t know if you can tell in the picture but the bear is wearing a grass skirt that is all cut into little strips and the red buttons are like a bikini top (you could substitute brown ones for coconut shells).  I wanted to run home and make it but I don’t have the set…guess that will have to be on my next order though!

Here we are at the make and takes. Stampin Up gave us our new stamp set, ink pads, etc in that cute little woven box. This is April, Max, me, Cathy and Cindy.  We were having a blast!

This is a card I am doing in all of my March classes. My friend Colleen gave this to me and I just loved it. The background is Bella Toile, the butterfly is from Simple Friendship and the saying is from Thoughts and Prayers but many other sayings will work with this punch. Elegant Cheer is a great one to use. I love the vanilla hodgepodge hardware too.

This is a card I made with one of my new favorite sets. It is called Thoughts and Prayers. I used the Bella Bleu designer paper on the left and I took the kraft cardstock and put it through the Big Shot with the textured plate ……if you put your nose right up to the computer screen you can probably see it. For the tree, I colored the trunk in chocolate chip marker and then took a sponge dauber in not quite navy on the leaves. I also used the brand new eyelet border punch for an accent. Sorry the picture is a little crooked. I was trying to get the textured part to show up so I was tilting it into the light.

It is Wednesday and that means it is time for another Diva’s Coffee Break Design Challenge! This week’s challenge is a color one. We had to design a card using the 4 colors listed here. Most of you know these color challenges really force me out of my comfort zone. I always seem to use the same colors for everything.  So, I hope you like what I came up with…..

I am kind of bummed because I used the new textured plate on the kraft piece  but it didn’t really show up in the picture. THe back piece is the kraft, the eyelet border piece is the pink pirouette and the flowers are done in artichoke and almost amethyst (I used the markers for that). The stamps on this card are from the Thoughts and Prayers set which is one of my new favorites. If you like the card, please leave me a comment.
