I did another video!
Hey everyone! I tried another video. This is a card I did at my Christmas card stamp a stack last weekend. It is a really quick and easy card so it is great if you have to make a ton of Christmas cards. I messed up a couple of times but I haven’t figured out how to fix that without starting over again. I actually filmed it upside down (like the camera was in front of me instead of behind me) and then rotated the video 180 degrees when I edited it. So, that is why I have the stamp set upside down. I forgot for a minute and flipped it for the camera. It is hard to get the camera at the right angle without hanging it from the ceiling I think. Maybe the 3rd time will be a charm and I will get it perfect. A close up of the card is down at the bottom.

Here are the measurements for this card:
Black- 5 1/2 x 4 1/4
Bermuda Bay- 8 x 5 1/4
Black- 4 x 3 1/4
Melon Mambo- 3 3/4 x 3
whisper white- 3 1/2 x 2 3/4
ribbon – 3 inches each.

I love your card. It’s so beautiful and so fast. I just bought a flip to start making video’s but I’m scared. I think I will start posting on just my blog first. Then later on I will try YouTube.
Thanks for listening,
Sharon

Love the “trick” to not having dark card stock as your main card! Another great video…..you are great at this. Thanks for sharing.

LOVE the colors on this card – also like how you made the inside blue so it’d be easy to write on – that has been a problem for me with dark background colors. Now I know how to fix that!! You did a wonderful job on the video. Would you consider writing out the measurements under your video – that’d really help. Thx for the inspiration your blog gives us

Great job Lisa! I love that you put the sizes on there as well so when/if I have to move I can make your cards on your videos! Great job! I think you could even do “techniques” as videos to teach people how to use stuff such as a video on the crop-a-dile, etc. I know there are people out there that cannot figure that thing out. LOL! I have finally learned, but I know people have problems.

I think you have done a very good job with your video…however, I have heard that some people hang or tape their cameras from a lamp connected to their table (the clamp-on kind) and it is positioned over their head and slightly in from of them. Good job!
