Big News in the Stampin Up world today! Color Refresh is coming!! Lots of old colors going and new colors coming, along with several returning colors!
Stampin’ Up! likes to stay on top of current trends and every 5 years or so, they revamp our color selection to stay on trend.
I promise you’re going to love these changes because Stampin’ Up! carefully selected these colors based on demonstrators and customers requests. Many are returning favorites, while others were just simply missing from our color collection. And just like fashion and home decor, colors are trendy and need to be refreshed to give us new exciting color combinations to play with!
On May 31, 2018, thirteen colors of our core color collection and the five 2016-2018 In Colors will retire and be replaced by sixteen gorgeous new favorite colors and five new 2018-2020 In-Colors!!! Our color collection will actually grow by three colors!!!
The 13 retiring colors are: Always Artichoke, Elegant Eggplant, Island Indigo, Perfect Plum, Rose Red, Chocolate Chip, Tangerine Tango, Tempting Turquoise, Marina Mist, Pink Pirouette, Soft Sky, Wild Wasabi and Wisteria Wonder. If any of these retiring colors are a personal favorite, you’ll want to order cardstock and reinkers soon!
The 16 new colors being added to our regular color collection are: Balmy Blue (new), Blackberry Bliss (returning favorite), Coastal Cabana (returning favorite), Flirty Flamingo (carrying over from 2016-2018 In-Color collection), Gorgeous Grape (new), Granny Apple Green (new), Gray Granite (new), Highland Heather (new), Mango Melody (new), Merry Merlot (new), Mint Macaron (returning favorite), Mossy Meadow (returning favorite), Petal Pink (new), Poppy Parade (returning favorite), Shaded Spruce (new) and Soft Seafoam (new).
