Colorful Seasons Embossed Background Technique

Hey Everyone!

Today I am going to show you a really cool technique using the new embossing paste from Stamping Up! It is so easy but creates a real wow look.

Here is the project I will be showing you how to make. For this card I used Marina mist and crumb cake as my main colors. I put the embossing paste on first , let it dry and then sponged it with crumb cake.

For the leaves, I sponged a piece of scrap paper with marina mist and crumb cake and then punched out the leaves with the leaf thinlits from the Colorful Seasons bundle. It is definitely one of my favorite sets in the new catalog.

I also added wink of Stella to the leaves after I die cut them. It is so pretty in real life. The picture really doesn’t do it justice. I also added the gold gems to look like rain drops on the background.

Here is a how-to video showing exactly how I made this card! Hope you enjoy it. Please subscribe to my youtube channel so you can get all of my videos.
