This week’s challenge is a color one….we had to use white, vanilla, gray and black to make our card. The only problem I had was using the vanilla. I really like my card with just the white, gray and black but I did use the vanilla on the sentiment piece. I do think it would have looked better on the white though. I just love the new Manhattan flower embossing folder…..evidently everyone else does too since it is on backorder now. I sure hope Stampin Up comes up with more of these embossing folders. I also used the Walk in the Park paper and the new oval scallop punch, Oval All set and the organza ribbon. Please leave me a comment and let me know what you think . So very pretty! Nice job!
Ooooo, that’s GOR-geous on the vellum — also my favorite embossing folder (well our only embossing folder so far LOL) but it would still be my favorite ;o) Great job!
Amazing. Very Elegant. I think this would make a beautiful wedding card.
its lovely.
Very pretty – great job with the challenge Lisa!
Absolutely beautiful! I ordered it as soon as I left your house the last meeting. I love it!
Great job, this is stunning!
Lisa, this is stunning! I love the idea of using the vellum and still haven’t tried it. You are single-handedly selling this folder! 😉
Your card is GORGEOUS !! Great idea to use vellum with this die !
Love the DSP behind the embossed vellum–beautiful card!
This is beautiful,I love my embossed folder, now I am off to try with vellum. Thanks for the inspiration.
Beautitul! I love these colors. I love that embossing folder.
Oh man, I’m totally stealing this idea for my card class tomorrow night (my brain is fried and I need ideas… and this is the best take on that idea). My only problem is that my folder actually breaks through the vellum… not sure how to avoid that.
I love to look at your Blog. This card is a masterpeice! Send it to SU. Thank you for posting on SUDSOL, I always look you up.
WOW, Lisa!! This is beautiful!! Great job!!!!
Lisa,
I have so much of that color DSP, I bought the bulk, plus the regular Walk in the Park DSP. Now I can see what it looks like to make use of it. I haven’t tried the Vellum yet, hope there’s no problem with the vellum breaking. Any suggestions?
Thanks I love everything about your card. Grey’s white and black are the popular colors. All of a sudden I’m selling Grey Card Stock and pads. It’s a good thing..
I love what you did with the folder. I think all your customers will be ordering it. I did notice that Chris’ name was not on the challenge site.
OH this is so beautiful LOVE IT.. 🙂 Believe it or not I STILL haven’t ordered it and now its on backordered! 🙁
I haven’t seen anything you’ve made with the impressions folder that I haven’t fallen in love with. Love it!!
Your card is beautiful! Of course I looked at it AFTER I made my card and we both just about made the same card. Too funny. You can see my card here.

I really do like this with the vellum. And I love the new scalloped oval punch. Can’t wait to use mine.
