One of my downline, Connie Pillsbury, created the most adorable gift idea using the new ruffled ribbon and the new dress die. I thought it was so cute I had to share it!! She started with a yard of the ribbon and taped it to the bottom of the dress and started wrapping it all the way up. Then she put it into a small cello bag and made a cute topper. Genius!
