Hey Everyone!
I hope you all are having a great day!
I wanted to show you a fun technique that creates a wow effect. It is super easy to do, but it looks amazing and everyone will think you spent hours making it.
All you need are a few ink pads and the Stampin Up blending brushes to create this look. I used Night of Navy, Rich Razzleberry, Granny Apple Green and Crushed Curry ink pads. I have a different blending brush for each color. I love the Stampin Up blending brushes. They are AMAZING!! There are several other kinds on the market but none of them compare to the ones that Stampin UP makes. They are a bargain at only $4 each too!
I started with a piece of coastal cabana and then used the blending brush in crushed curry to create diagonal lines across the sky. I then went to granny apple green and rich razzleberry, just making the streaks across the sky with each color.
I then took the Night of Navy and colored around the whole edge of the card and the bottom inch or so of the card too. Then just stamp the trees in Memento Black on top.
The ribbon is gorgeous on this card. It is the white glittered organdy from the holiday mini.
I have a video tutorial below if you would like to see exactly how I made it. If for some reason you can’t see the video in this post, just click here to see it on youtube.
