Hey Everyone!
I have a really fun technique to show you today. It’s called the packing tape technique and it is so easy, but creates a wow look to your diecuts. You can use it for any die cut that you want. All you have to do is color your paper or even use designer or plain paper and then cover it with clear packing tape.
For this project, I started with vanilla card stock and the blending brushes with pumpkin pie, Merry Merlot, mossy Meadow , and Cajun craze to color the paper.
Then cover the whole piece with clear packing tape and die cut with the Gorgeous Leaves dies. See how shiny they come out?
This is a great technique to use on things like butterflies, words, and flowers too!
I have a video tutorial below to show you exactly how to create this card.
