Watercolor Background Technique with Colorful Seasons

Hey everyone,

Today I want to show you how to do this really quick and easy watercolor background technique using the Stampin’ Up acrylic blocks, the ink pads and a spritzer with water in it.

For this card, I used pool party, Sahara sand, old olive and espresso ink. I inked up the D block with the Sahara sand and the pool party and then spritzed it with water and pressed it to the cardstock. I used the shimmery white cardstock to give it an extra wow effect!

The Adirondack chair is from the seasonal layers thinlit dies. I cut it out of the wood textures designer series paper.

I created a how to video to show you step by step how to make this card. Just scroll down to check it out.

Here is a close-up of the shimmery white cardstock.

This is the same card, except I put the chair in the center of the card instead of the side.

Here is the video tutorial! Please check it out and subscribe to my youtube channel if you like it! Also, leave me a comment and let me know what you think.
